Choir

The mission of the St. David Church Choir is to bring Glory to God through worship and music by participating and actively leading the congregation in all church services. As we work to enlighten and educate the youth of our church, the Sunday School students are given instruction on the meaning and music of the hymns of the Divine Liturgy.
The St. David Choir leads the congregation in worship every Sunday under the direction of Nina Stapan and Jean Mossesian, with organist Marine Smbatyan. In addition to Sunday Badarak (Divine Liturgy) the choir sings on feast days, which fall on weekdays, services during Holy Week and other special services.

Choir members meet on Sunday mornings. Practice occurs periodically. All are welcome to join St. David’s Choir! Come raise your voice for God’s glory!

“Sing for joy in the LORD, O you righteous ones; Praise is becoming to the upright. Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre; Sing praises to Him with a harp of ten strings. Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy.”

Psalm 33:1-3
